Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.
The return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer, who may independently choose the courier and shipping service. However, we recommend selecting a service that includes a tracking number and, if possible, insurance coverage for loss or damage of the package.
For an item to be eligible for return and to receive a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must not have been worn, used, washed, or damaged.
- The item must include all original tags and be in its original packaging.
- The item must have been purchased exclusively from our official website, springa.it.
Exceptions, non-returnable items, exchanges, and size changes
According to European regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.
If you wish to change the size, you can submit a return request by selecting “size change” as the reason for return and specifying in the notes section “Size change” along with the new desired size. Submit your request and wait for our approval with the instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
How to request a return
To request a return, log in to your customer area, select the order containing the items you wish to return, and follow the simple steps provided. Please explain the reason for your return — your feedback is very important to us and helps us improve the quality of our products and services.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Refund process
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible; however, please allow a few business days after the item has arrived at our warehouse for the refund to be completed.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase (please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund).
