Shipping policy

Shipments and deliveries of products ordered on springa.it will be made via express courier, with methods and delivery times that may vary depending on when the order is placed and the payment method selected.

Shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes or Poste Restante addresses.

In the event of logistical difficulties in delivering to certain remote or hard-to-reach areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and/or apply additional terms and conditions, which will be duly communicated.

Orders are handed over to the courier, who delivers only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays.

Damages and Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the package appears damaged, report the issue directly to the courier and accept the shipment with reservation. This is the only way to attribute the damage to the transport service.
If the packaging is intact but you notice defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please leave the product untouched so that we can proceed with a possible return.
In both cases, contact us immediately to inform us of the issue so we can assess the problem together and resolve it promptly.

Shipping Methods and Costs – Italy and European Union
We offer free express shipping for all orders delivered within Italy and European Union. However, some items may be excluded from this offer; in such cases, specific terms and service costs will be clearly stated both on the product detail page and at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Costs – Non-EU Countries (Customs Duties and Import Taxes)
For non-EU destinations, shipments are available only under DAP (Delivery At Place) terms and only for select countries. You can verify the available destinations, shipping options, and related costs during checkout.
Please note that for non-EU countries, your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are determined once the package reaches the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, who agrees to pay them to allow the package to clear customs and be delivered.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary significantly for remote locations such as mountain areas, islands, or extreme outskirts, as well as during periods of high shipping activity.

Has My Order Been Shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. This email will also include the tracking number to follow your shipment.

Where Is My Order?
Visit your order page to view the details. If it has not yet been shipped, we are working to dispatch it as soon as possible.
If you have received the shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, use the tracking details provided in the email to check the current status of your delivery.

Different delivery times apply to items available for pre-order. You can find more information on the product page, in your order summary, or in follow-up email notifications sent after your purchase.
